Refunds + Exchanges
Our aim is to provide you with quality products that you will love. We truly hope that you are happy with your order! But we do understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange a product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Gift cards
To return your product, in the first instance you should email us on email@example.com with your order number and details of your return, this will help us to identify your package when it is returned to us. Please include the order number with your purchase and mail or courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using www.parcel2go.com to arrange a collection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the item for you. We will then email you to let you know that the refund has been made. The refund can take up to 5 working days to be received in your account.
If after 5 working days you have not received the refund then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will coordinate with you to have your parcel collected and once received by us we will send out a replacement.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase if there are any faults, damage or defects on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise for a replacement or refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return
