Returns & Refunds Policy

In addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights, any goods purchased over the telephone or internet and delivered to you at a distance within the EU are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.  Your order can be cancelled by you, by whole or in part, at any point up to 15 days after receiving all ordered goods from us - to do this please email with your order details and request to cancel your order, and we will guide you through our returns process.  Any goods you wish to return must then be delivered at your own expense back to our Brighton store within 15 days following the date you cancelled your order.  We will then issue a refund in whole or in part to you within 15 days of safely receiving your returned items.  Please be aware that we do not offer free returns - if you wish to return your order you are solely liable to pay for the return postage and the cost of insurance against loss or damage whilst the goods are in transit to us, and to also ensure you use appropriate packaging to return the goods.  You are required by law to take reasonable care of any goods you wish to return, so if you return an item in an incomplete, damaged or used state you will forefeit your right to a full refund or replacement for that item.  Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred by you from any financial institutions whilst waiting for refunds to be issued to you. Orders for store collection are subject to our store refund and exchange policy (in addition to your statutory rights) once collected from store, up until this point you are entitled to cancel the contract as detailed above.

We regret that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not returnable and are exempt from the above regulations.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges - if you wish to swap a purchased item we suggest you return the unwanted item by following the returns process listed above, and then place a new order for the item you wish.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable within one calendar year of issue.

Online - Items purchased with online gift vouchers are limited to delivery in mainland UK only, and are only redeemable on items available on  Gift vouchers may not be used to discount delivery charges.  The full gift amount must be redeemed by the recipient in one sale - no change or credit will be issued for differences.  Refunds or returns on items purchased by the recipient will be issued as credit back to them, not as a refund to the original purchaser.  Online gift vouchers may not be swapped for instore gift vouchers.

Instore - Instore gift vouchers may be used at our stores in Bowness, Brighton, Grasmere and Keswick - they are not redeemable at our Warehouse in Bowness or at any fairs or travelling shows.  The full amount of the gift voucher should be used in one sale.  Refunds or returns on items purchased by the recipient will be issued as credit back to them, not as a refund to the original purchaser.  Instore gift vouchers may not be swapped for online gift vouchers.

Faulty Items

If your order is incorrect or faulty upon receipt, please email us at as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to fix the situation swiftly!

Delivery Terms

Please see our seperate delivery page for more in-depth information on delivery times and services.  In the event that your order is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address supplied/not collected from delivery office as instructed/maximum delivery attempts exceeded) we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Representation of Items

As the majority of our stock is handmade, the items you receive in your order may differ in colour, finish, dimensions or design from the photographs and descriptions found on our website.  All sizes are approximate.  All colours seen may be affected by your method of viewing our site and your screen resolution and settings, and may not be true to life.

Allergy advice

All of our jewellery is nickel and cadmium free, and has passed EN1811 tests carried out by our producers to assure compliance with REACH regulations.

Electrical safety

Our lamps are tested and certified to comply with all applicable EU regulations, and as such are CE marked.

Child Safety

Please be aware that none of our items are sold as toys, and as such should not be used as toys.
