We have a flat rate shipping fee of £6.95 for all orders to the UK mainland.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving your order and will be delivered to you by either first class recorded mail,DHL@Home by Parcel2Go or Parcel Force.  Please be aware that all our delivery methods require a signature.  If you have any special instructions that you want on your parcel then please contact us and we will endeavour to do our best but cannot be responsible for either DHL,Parcel Force or Royal Mail following the instructions. 

Parcel Force and DHL will attempt delivery on two occasions and will leave a calling card to which you will need to respond within 5 days. You will need to contact them directly using the details on the calling card, alternatively you can call us on  0845 643 9710  or contact one of our stores.  Please be aware that should you not respond to the calling card, the goods will be returned to us after 5 days and a re-delivery charge will apply.

Delivery options are only loaded for Mainland UK, if however you are outside this area then please contact us and we will be more then happy to give you a quote on the delivery.

Payment

We take all major credit & debit cards (except American Express,please call one of our stores to place your order via the phone should you wish to pay with Amex) and can also accept payments via paypal.

Returns

While we hope that you love your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please email us for a returns form and post the items back to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
